From the moment I started my journey at RED academy, it was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Bruce was very helpful in class and taught me the fundamentals of UI design. Bruce is that person that will constantly ask questions and feedback to make sure he’s aligned with his team as quickly as possible: he’s that person that will constantly go above and beyond thinking about new ways of improving not just his work but the overall well-being of his company.Throughout the 6 months that we’ve spent together, Bruce has been constantly keen on having our weekly check-ins mainly consisting of him reporting the new “big idea to improve our revenues/students satisfaction/brand awareness/you-name-it” and me listening in awe and admiration: he’s been able to build a strong bond based on openness and trust that goes beyond our working relationship and overlap with my personal, not just professional, sense of pride and esteem for a young man who’s been able to set an example of conduct and professionalism for his students and peers.
